Don Duncan - is the owner and the Master Aveda Stylist at In Sync Salon. His early training in Yokosuka Japan developed his precision skill in cutting. He furthered his education in the United States at the South Eastern Beauty College. Don is a recognized Aveda Designer that has had many years training with Aveda in Color trends and Cutting. Don strives to maintain a relaxing environment for the guests while providing the highest level of service and product.

Ashley Manes - As a Charlotte native, Ashley chose the Aveda Institute of Charlotte for her hair design training. She has specialized in cut and color for 7 years. Through a strong commitment to the Aveda products and mission, Ashley provides guests with an experience and style. Through In Sync Salon, she has attended numerous classes and recently received certification in Aveda's new hair straightening system.

Dustin Martin - As one of the newest faces to our Salon, Dustin's goal is to bring a fresh outlook to the art of hair, keeping up with all current trends and translating them into something wearable for his guests. Since attending Pinnacle Institute of Cosmetology, he has immersed himself in the Aveda culture by taking hands on classes, and keeping current with all new products. He excels at precision cutting and color placement and always brings out a smile with his guests.

Kyle Scott - Cosmetology has always been an interest and passion of Kyle's. She graduated from the Aveda Institute of Charlotte in January 2009, and began working at In Sync Salon. She has taken advanced education classes specializing in men and women's cuts, color and styling. By providing the guests with and enjoyable and relaxing experience, Kyle makes them feel confident with their appearance.

Mark Little - Has been a hairstylist for over 12 years. He trained at South Eastern Beauty Culture, Vidal Sassoon, Paul Mitchell, and Aveda Salons. He specializes in blonde hair color as well as precision hair cutting. Be ready for a good laugh and a trendy new style!
